气弹簧

套筒式气弹簧有一根直径较大的活塞杆，活塞上开有一个节流小孔，使活塞左右两腔相通，其工作原理是：当套筒内腔充入有压力的气体后，因活塞上有一节流小孔，使活塞左右两腔压力相等，可见该套筒内的活塞是按差动原理工作的。由于有一根直径较大的活塞杆，使活塞右腔的受力大干左腔的受力，因而在活塞上作用着一个复位力，活塞在此复位力的推动下，将移动到左端位置。当用手力加大载荷时，可克服活塞的复位力，使活塞缓慢移动到右端位置，这时可用机械机构将负载锁紧，当打开锁紧机构后，复位力则克服负载，使负载在括塞复位力的推动下，自动复位回到开始位置。
套筒式气弹簧具有以下一些特点：
(1)对于同一内径的套筒式气弹簧，当内腔充气压力增大时，复位力随着压力的增大而增大，这使得同一种套筒式气弹簧，可以适应多种负载的要求。
(2)活塞上开有节流小孔，当空气流过节流小孔时，由于气阻而吸收一部分振动能量，从而起到了减振阻尼作用。
(3)与钢弹簧相比，在承受激烈振动载荷时，套筒式气弹簧的寿命较长，在同样行程条件下，套筒式气弹簧的长度较短。
(4)结构简单、新颖，零件较少，制造方便，成本下降。
