气弹簧

气动撑杆又称气弹簧，在背门上既承担着开闭时的助力且维持举力不变的作用，又扮演着限位器的角色。在背门开闭过程中，它通过密闭空腔内液气混合体的相互转化来提供一个助力作用，同时举力不变，使得背门可停留在任何位置；当背门开到大位置时，为了防止外板与顶盖发生干涉，同时限制背门的大开度，使得车门开启到大位置时停留在原地，不至自动关闭，此时气动撑杆担任了限位器的角色。
在气动撑杆的布置过程中必须注意的问题有：
(1)安装位置必须正确，不得倒装；安装点应尽量靠近过重心的水平线，使后背门受力尽量合理(背门重力不变，靠近后力臂变小，力矩也跟着变小)；
(2)大小合理，有效行程在满足使用要求情况下尽可能的小，以减小气动撑杆在背门上的布置空间；
(3)在背门开闭过程中其不应受到倾斜力或横向力作用，且不得当扶手用；
(4)为确保密封的可靠性，不得破坏活塞杆表面，严禁将油漆和化学物质等涂在活塞杆上，也不允许将气弹簧先安装在所需位置，后喷、涂油漆；
(5)活塞杆严禁向左旋转，如需要调整接头方向，只能向右转动(避免腔内气体流失)。这点在对气动撑杆的安装时，极为重要；
(6)环境温度一般为-35℃—60℃，在后背门安装中，要避免和高温物体(如各类电机等)的接近；
(7)连接点，应转动灵活，不能有卡阻现象，不允许发生干涉而对气动撑杆的筒臂造成挤压。

(5) The piston rod is strictly prohibited to rotate left, such as the need to adjust the joint direction, can only turn right(avoid intraluminal gas loss). This in the pneumatic support installation, extremely important;
